James Freasier, Sr. Chairman of the Board LICENSES: Journeyman Electrician – State of Texas TECHNICAL SKILLS Over 40 years of electrical experience in underground distribution, pole line work and airfield lighting. WORK EXPERIENCE James began his electrical career with Hallmark Electrical as an Electricians Helper. During the 20 years at Hallmark Electric, James became highly skilled in underground distribution, pole line work, and airfield lighting systems. Some of the projects in which James was instrumental in the completion of included the electrical substations at Kelly AFB, Texas and Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, airfield underground at NAS Corpus Christi, Texas, and Circuit I, NAS Corpus Christi, Texas. In 1985 James formed his own company (F&W). In 1991 James and his son became co-owners of F&W. The combination and years of experience has enabled James to take F&W to new markets and to expand its revenue. |
