F&W Electrical Contractors, Inc. is a family owned business managed by owner and President, James L. Freasier, Jr. F&W was incorporated in the state of Texas in December 1985. Company officers are as follows: James L. Freasier, Jr., President, Mike Olguin, Vice President, Darrell Wurzbach, Vice President, Carla S. Hild, Secretary/Treasurer (Controller), and James L. Freasier, Sr., Chairman of the Board.F&W highly skilled personnel, coupled with a company wide attitude of pride and customer service has earned F&W a well-deserved reputation indicative of our commitment to customer satisfaction and our quality of work. The core management of F&W continues to set goals for the company. The steady growth of the company and the continual hiring of quality personnel have enabled F&W to meet it’s past goals and will enable it to meet it’s future goals.Some attributes that F&W is well known for is it’s character, experience, reputation, integrity, skill, efficiency, stability, judgment, timely completion of work, compliance with laws and our warranty service.F&W main area of service consists of commercial applications such as: underground/overhead distribution, airfield lighting (airport runway lighting and approach systems), athletic/sports field lighting (custom athletic illumination systems), communication tower erection, high voltage line installation, substations, new buildings and lease spaces.Once a job has been awarded, it is the responsibility of the project manager to ensure adequate staffing is scheduled, materials are requisitioned, and to communicate with office staff to ensure a smooth flow of operation. The project manager monitors daily operations for each project. A job foreman is assigned to supervise and contribute to the actual installation/production of each job. Site visits are a routine part of the project manager’s responsibility. Each job is monitored for production, expense and estimated percentage of completion on a monthly basis. Updates can be requested as needed. The Chairman of the Board, the President and key personnel reviews all jobs monthly. |
